Thad With the Lawsuits and beating he was getting personally on the Boating sites He dropped out of sight. Speaking for myself I am glad to have worked for him and have nothing but respect for his family. He pulled me off to the side in the middle of this and said we would do a 500 K one off boat in the future.

I was asked about the molding less look ;Its hard to see in these CAD shots, but this boat had a very unique and innovative mating flange designed specifically for this boat - it saved a few days of work and made it a seamless joint!

I took a 14 day job and made a 10 out of it on one 40' boat, the deck mold was matched to the hull mold in the flange ,it got set on top of the hull mold and then glassed together deck mold pulled and a perfect job every time. no cutting no up and down and screws just done!.Here I will get pictures.

Here 1 Piece boat of mine out of a three piece mold system. that building next door got hit by a couple tank rounds.
