I have a new prop to try this year. 29" labbed Cutting Edge prop.
This prop has a little more diameter to cut down on slippage. Can't wait to try it out.

I'd be willing to bet that JimV has spent countless hours getting to the speeds he achieves...and numerous set-up changes...so much more to it than just an extra 100 horsepower give or take

I don't disagree at all with all the warnings given so far, but what the OP is aiming at is indeed feasible.
And yes, with a NA engine, a non stepped 27 Fever, and a Bravo drive.
