Nothing they reported to me has been refuted in a single post in this thread. Simply saying, "I don't believe it" or "I call B.S." or "I don't think that's possible" does not qualify as refutation. That's just disagreement.
I stand by my commentary.

...from a very reliable person with no reason to fabricate one way or the other.
"It did happen, and they got lucky. What else can I say ? Bill will do what he wants. No one will stop him"
Matt Trulio was the messenger and maybe received gripes he should not have and if my statements were inturpreted that way, I appologize. In his article he properly couched the statements with disclaimers. The interesting point is that the disclaimers seem to now be proven to not be needed!
If the boat was in Eel Bay, maybe we now know why. They were pumping human sewage from the cockpit. I know if it happened to me I would need to! Well that is not true... the boat would have sunk on the spot!

LOL - if I spun my million-plus dollar boat and the boat and crew came away without a scratch, you could hook jumper cables to my balls, but my insurance company would never find out!
Glad everyone is fine, assuming it even happened!

I based my commentary on reports from two highly reliable sources who requested that they remain unnamed—and I will honor those requests. I certainly didn't just pull it out of an Internet thread.

Mike,
I have nothing personal against you, but why do you keep suggesting this is all smoke and mirrors? There have been numerous reports that it happened, now video, yet you're still questioning the validity of the event?
