That being said, I must agree with Adam. You said you purchased your boat 4 yrs ago at 120k, they certainly don't go up in value as we all know. It doesn't matter how much money you put in your boat, you just don't get it back. I am well aware of this,I have done it myself. You can eat off of any part of my of my boat and every mechanical part, right down to the extension boxes has been replaced. The boat runs over 100 and I an priced under a 100 and can not sell. I also have a small fortune into my boat. If you want to sell, you must give it away then go steal something else or just be content with what you have. It's a buyers market. My neighbor just sold his 02 tg pretty close to 100k and it was nicer than new. No bs! Never saw salt, sat inside a heated garage 350 days of the year, cobra 750's, new xr's every two yrs,tv's, huge stereo, you couldn't even find a oil spot in the bilge,on and on and on.... The market is what it is, you my get a bit more but not much. This market sucks. Btw, I love your boat
You are not kidding about being able to eat off of any part on your boat, cleanest bilge I've ever seen

I still stand by what I said earlier, T/S Top Guns in decent shape, will bring 100k+ all day long. I agree with some of you guys, just because a few have sold at the 80-90k range doesn't make that the market for them, just means that the seller wanted out and the buyer got a great deal with room to upgrade his boat and still possIbly break even. If anybody has one that is under 100k I ask again please pm me the details, I know of a few buyers with cash in hand.

I personally love the looks of the tiger and the 42x. They might be a little harder on out drives than top guns but if you could buy it right it would be worth it. It has merc power and that is what a boat needs to bring any type of resale value. You can always upgrade the drives in the future. If you take it easy out of the hole, pull off the throttle if you launch it, do your maintenance, and don't abuse or slap a supercharger on the motor an XR drive will last a while.

Yup. That's the one. You had to take a shower before he would let you on the boat

Correct, the Tiger has a smaller cockpit than the TG. In fact, even the cockpit in my 46 RR is smaller than the TG. In the case of the Tiger, almost all the additional length is in the bow... which makes it look so much nicer (IMO). There were several different cabin layouts offered, but most do not have a bathroom.
