There were several different cabin layouts offered, but most do not have a bathroom.
Don't get me started on the "sh!tter box" in the middle of the cabin!

That boat looked great in the ad! I am not a big fan of red/yellow but that boat pulls it off nicely.......that 46 RR in the classifieds doesn't make the cut!

It seems like a good deal with low hours, but it screams McDonalds playplace.

Phil re-did the WOW 46 RR with the same colors.......new version is American Badazz.....came out great but it still has the yellow interior in the cabin.

Ill thrown my .02 in here....IMO, A 100K TS Top Gun will likely need: freshen 525 engines, 525 exhaust(headers), and and usually a cockpit interior redo..... So what, 8-10K each to freshen 525's. Headers are 7K =ish for both engines, and an interior redo will be 10K. So theres 37K and 4K in miscellaneous outdrive BS, paint touch up ect....So the
100K Gun is instantly a 140K Gun.....which is a more realistic price for a fresh, used TS Top Gun. It sucks that all these Cigarette owners or future Cigarette owners are tryng to drive the market down on the #1 boat manufacturer in the world! WHY???? The stigma of owning a "real" Cigarette boat is slowly fading because of all the "302Sports" in the world today. Hes complaining because he could only get 150K for his 42X, but yet is trying to drive the value of everyone elses Cigarette to a minimum so he can buy one cheap......These boats aren't Powerplays or Nortech's Adam, their CIGARETTES!

And lastly....Ive been in Franks Tiger may times. It has Fresh 800 Zul's with new Imco SCX drives, pretty bullet proof package IMO.....
Something worth mentioning that every penny pincher on this thread over looks is there is absolutely NO comparison performance wise from a 525 TG to Franks 800 Tiger. The boat from 65 to 90 pulls like a freight train and will walk a 525 TG like it was standing still. I would rather be in a 42 800 boat than a 38 525 boat anyday of the week....and you can have either boat for the same price....150K

302 just listed a 105K Lipship Tiger with nice paint/interior, 2006 525's with 60 hours since rebuilds......so that theory of 100K boats need work just went out the window.

302 also listed his experience with a recent sale on a 42X, he didn't drive the market down. Some could say you lowered the market with your recent sale (38 w/#6's for less than some bravo boats are listed). Why so cheap? Why lower the market?.........because that was the price point the market would support and the quick sale shows that was the right money for the boat.

As far as Powerplays, I would bet money a 38 Powerplay would pull more money than a similar year/power 38 Cig because they are simply a better boat. Remember OSO Steve bought a 38 PP and took it out on a rough day to try to knock the flat screen off the cabin wall (didn't happen!).

Note all high performance stuff depreciates and the market has gotten smaller since new boats aren't being made in volume. Cig didn't even display in Ft Lauderdale this year and Nor-tech took their spot and loaded it with center consoles (one cat was there). Phil had premiered some of his new boats there in years past, he hasn't been there in 3+ years with a new boat. Dealers aren't stocking new Cigs (like they have for the past 20+ years), heck there are 2-3 dealers in the whole US now! There is less demand for I/O go fasts of all brands, low demand for new ones will also crossover into the used market.....and lower prices.

As far as Nor-tech and Cig.......try to find a used 39 Nor-tech CC compared to the dozen Top Fish/Gun Opens that are always available........Also note very few owners have ever bought a NT then flipped over to Cig but plenty of Cig owners flipped to NT. Jeff Jassby and BobtheBuilder both had a TG, then built 2 brand new NT's!.......they must have skipped their servings of #1 Kool-Aid.
