Default Another solid day of progress

A few pics I received earlier today from John Kray of SportBoat Marine while conducting one of his many NT site visits.

May actually splash and sea trial by the end of the week.

Boat was supposed to sea trial today but there's a slight 30mph breeze.
I said perfect day to test the bow thruster, fenders and rubrail. Don't think Paul the painter would find that funny at all!

In the meantime progress continues on the boats new home. Next, the dreaded move!

That's why it's called a sea "trial" not a sea "stroll in the park".

So you went with the bow thruster on this boat? I know you where on the fence with the last boat and didn't feel you needed it. I would like to have it just incase.

That is an accurate statement!
Lets just say I needed it at least 1x and even then not sure it could have helped me overcome my situation.
Long story short that incident resulted in a 10" long scratch in my black stripe and I quickly learned that my boat maneuvering skills were no match for wind gusts that blew up out of nowhere then subsided once the damage was done. No injuries just a hurt ego.

Sydwayz- it appears Nor-Tech heard you loud and clear!

Tropical Storm dark skies make the silver look much darker than it really is. Has allot of metal flake in it and really pops in the sun.
