Local canvas shop put the finishing touches on my new cover. They do very nice work, allow me to totally customize + very reasonable.

Sold the custom cover w/ the previous Nor-Tech. I had the particular cover made w/ the hopes I could tow w/ it on but it simply was too large and heavy to be able to do so.

This cover mimics typical Ctr Console full covers. Pretty easy to install w/ just 6 straps.

Also working on a ballistic nylon soft sided prop bag. Once perfected I plan to make them available for purchase by others.

The one pictured has been sold out for quite some time and the supplier told me he has no interest in reproducing any more. Sounds like a good opportunity for me.

SportBoats and Nor-Tech used my boat for a professional photo shoot day before I arrived to bring it home. Hearing it might actually make the 2017 brochure.

Default C-Zone

With the assistance of friend, fellow boater & Marine Electronics Professional Ron Muller I'm learning more and more about the C-Zone my boat came equipped with as well as the way it can be customized.

What Ron typically does prior to an electronics install is mock up the layout on an in house Garmin Screen then screen shots to the Customer for approval.

My original Rocker type switch layout attached as well as the customized single button switch layout Ron suggested. The single buttons illuminate a green halo around the button when in the ON position.

You can also set up tabs / pages with certain select groups of switches that are related and easier to navigate to w/o having to view them all.

Currently trying to work thru the way certain words are wrapping (Underwater & Water) so that it's easier to read.

Very nice, I love the new no switch dash layout. I wish mine had that.

Don't feel bad it will only be a month or 2 before Nor-Tech updates something, offers something new or implements new technology. They are good like that.
Mercury's Vessel View is a touch screen now BUT I ended up w/ the previous version. Every NT comes w/ the touch screen version nowadays.
It's just the breaks!
