IMO, Nor-Tech has the best cockpit access and pathway between the backseat and the engines on all their models. On some the rigging is so in the way I don't see how one doesn't trip navigating around the back of the boat.

Really nice new swim platform.

Looks like power steering on the two outside engines. When I repowered this year I had to buy an additional power steering unit because Merc requires one on each engine on a twin 400 set up, where as they only required one engine with the 300s.

Bill- not sure I follow when you mention the 340 Lounger. In my previous 340's I had the lounger shortened 13" in order to accommodate the U shape bench seating in the bow. With the 390 being 5' longer I now have the full length lounger + longer U shape bench seating w/ the seat backs.
Is that what you were referencing, the bench seat w/ seat backs?
Those are money!!

It looked like you put the shorter lounger up front in the 390. When I built my 390 I had them put the 340 length lounger up front to give me added walkway up front.
Smaller bed in cabin but hell i am never going to sleep in it.

Ok, got ya, yes I did that on both 340's which was a necessity in order to have the U shape seating.
Then I needed the berth extension in order to be able to fit in the berth length wise.
I only spent 1nt on each boat, kind to say I did (like camping in your own back yard as a kid) but I prefer to have the option.
NT finally adopted my lounger lumbar seat cushion as an option. I was known as a real PITA asking for things like the U shape seating & lumbar lounger, now they are either standard or at least an option available to all.

Things that make you go Hmmm??

I was playing around one day and only had the motor (300) without the steering running. NOT easy to steer!

Oh, and not to hi-jack, these Nor-tech's are great looking boats!

They use 392 for the Superfish designator.

Sometimes customers have good ideas not just the boat builders LOL!
