Middle of the day. No bridges nearby. It was in a busy river.

Federal Prison system does not use parole because they realize it is flawed and can release a dangerous criminal early. They do however provide a 15% sentence reduction for those convicted of lesser crimes and maintaining good behavior. I believe this is what you are referring to.

A friend of mine knows this guy through other friends. From what my buddy told me this guy is a class A D-Bag. The boat belongs to him, but registered thru the girlfriend. I assume due to his history of DUIs. I believe he has a young child as well, not sure if it is with the current girlfriend/registered boat owner. So not only has he taken a life from someone else's family, his child now has to spend his younger years without a father.

Now that I think about it, probably better off for the child having his dad I. Prison. At least this way the kid has a chance of turning out OK.

These scumbags always hurt a lot of people, they only care about themselves. There's no fixing this guy.

+1000. He had his chances. If he gets out and it was my family he killed I would be taking him for a long boat ride out to the middle of the lake and see how long and far he can swim.
