I didn't understand why they didn't send a recovery team the moment they found it. My guess would be cost. Since they found the boat there has been some good size storms out there, so sinking or drifting is a very good possibility. But I am sure there will be some conspiracy theories coming from this missing boat no doubt.

Things like this do happen on the great lakes far to often tommy monza is so correct, unable to get off a distrees call or get your body out of the water your life span is hours not days life vest or not. The news says water temp is 70 go3 miles out 2 foot below the surface its numbing.

And apparently people do not learn from past events!!!!! Another boat that is way too small for the open water with teens on board!!!
Hopefully this nonprofit organization the parents are setting up in their children's name will be an effective teaching tool, because clearly the event that happened a month and half ago hasn't sunk in.
These kids are lucky they were not part of another sad headline.
