I think this may be the longest, most detailed, most followed, and least satisfying ending to a thread in all of OSO history. I will try and speak for everyone here...,how about just a couple of sentences to wrap this up if nothing else. We'll all order Mcon tee shirts if that is what it takes to put a final fork in this incredible adventure.

Look what I spotted last weekend in FL
Seems two project boats are better than one. Guess this gasser is currently producing more smiles per mile.. Plus a nice trophy added to the collection.
Said he's been working on the diesel's exhaust issues last mentioned in his spare time. Suggested some updates here, since inquiring minds want to know..

Spent this whole week reading every post and looked at every picture, description, battle, advice, prototypes, kickass machine work, victories, failures (learning experiences), and the display of effort. I cannot say how impressed I am by the attitude you’ve kept through this whole project. I have saved probably three dozen pics and posts of ideas and concepts that I plan to massage and rework to use on my boat. I’ve got a 32A that I am redoing at the moment and this thread has helped me think some things through in different ways than I normally have. So far I’ve got some ASDM7’s and a pair of older carbed 496 blower motors but the power plan may change.
Thanks for not only being a pioneer in the industry, but sharing your thoughts and ideas with us.
If your ever around Skater give me a buzz I live 20 minutes away and would love to lend a hand or just chat for a bit (that is if Pete isn’t sick of me swinging through to pick his brain already LOL)
Also, I was in to grab some goodies from Pete a while back and saw the new race boat being built. Very impressive! Always enjoy watching you race in Key West.
