Scary for all you folks down in the "Sunshine State", there seems to be no guaranteed safe area. Whenever I whine about a miserable winter in NH, an event like this puts everything in perspective. Godspeed to all!

Tango, I'm in the same situation as you. I was hoping we would be covered as there wouldn't be a surge and flood if it weren't for the hurricane. Hoping for the best, my house is between Cornado and the Tiki Hut on Malaluka Court.

She was a philly traffic girl. Then a,Comcast AM sports talk girl. When did she start chasing storms? And tgese weather people standing out in hurricanes. How come you don't see traffic reporters in the middle of I95?

That huge tidal suck is spooky! Reminds me of the tidal wave that hit the Philippians a few years ago.

I'm guessing if it goes out that much, it's gonna come back and raise that much as well. Stand by!

Our house is on Delano Court, just off Coronado south of Monterry. We also own the Coral Reef Carwash on CC Parkway next to Starbucks. I bet the the carwash roof sails away, as it is large and the wind can get below it. We had a second home on Del Rio but sold and closed on it last month thank goodness.

I'm in Canada now but depending on damage I'll be going down Tuesday will stop on the way for supplies/building materials etc. If you need anything brought down please let me know my number is 705-499-1851. Not sure if you are there but I have propane tanks and a bunch of water at my house if you need it.
