I'm in Orlando but our neighbors just sent me this pic of one of my trees down over the power lines, now hanging over the back of the neighbors behind us... Thats the alley behind my house where utilities run and the trash gets picked up.
I have about 15 of those big trees...which is the main reason why I didt want to stay in the house for this...

Our entire street is lined with big royals... Not quite as big as the one that fell, but still 30+' tall.
The one that fell is about 80'. They're about 10,000 lbs...

I can see why you are not there. I can see why those neighbor's aren't there.

Around here, if my tree lands on someone's 'something' we are responsible for what ever it damages. I would assume same for you ? That's gonna' hurt that house when it comes down. Yikes !
