Wow, that's not a good spot for a weld failure at all. I'm surprised there is no tabbing in that area.

Nascat, I'm in PA I lined up a fabricator to fix the issues thanks, your trailer looks sweet, much better built than Myco. I'm going to copy there diamond design to strengthen the framing.Thanks for the input!
