I like the Blueskin. It is a good system. Good luck with the build!

Some damn nice places in this thread. I have a small house on a half acre on the ICW in Boca Grande. Just sold my second home and moved back here full time. Retiring here very soon. Taxes are ridiculous but I like it here.

Does any know of a good size lake that has horse trails in close proximity?

There's zip lining and horse back trail riding around Table Rock also, deep crystal clear beautiful lake set in the Ozark hills, and good fishing

We just got this home in Marco Island, Florida. It has water access to the gulf of mexico. Taxes will be around $7-8k. The house is worth around $870k. It is extremely hard to find any homes in Florida on the water for $500k. All though in the keys we found some homes around $600k that can be nice fixer uppers. I am foreign to Lakes so i don't know much about them. But I would like to learn more about them.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that wants the ultimate Ft Lauderdale location, with a 40' slip and the ability to rent short term to offset costs. No HOA fees on this unit and it's being offered fully furnished and turnkey.

This is my listing so you can ask me any questions. Thanks.

I couldn't see that poolside view ever getting old. Congrats on the purchase.
