I have the David Clark system. If you're looking for something fully integrated, this is a good option.

The mic in the headsets make a big difference, I bought some extra headsets and they were muffled and all around sucked.. Returned those ordered another set thats was more expensive it they weren`t much better .
What ever mic my guy used is very good, very clear. As far as hearing the engines I can still hear mine , I monitor issue via gauges and warning lights. Once you "hear" an engine .. it`s too late anyway. headsets are great, I woudln`t have another boat without em... Unless you`re getting pounded like a whore on $2 night by Lake Michigan (skipping to 5:20 in the vid ):D |

Is it a boat with lots of wind exposure to your face, or just an open boat?
I got these for the new MTI. Wireless, inexpensive, and they work fantastic. You can connect up to four at once and all can talk easily. If you are running with high wind exposure they may not stay on as well. They fit great but 70+ directly on them might push them back. About $230-250 ea depending on where you can find them available on the web. Amazon.com: SENA TUFFTALK-LITE-01 TUFFTALK LITE OVER-THE-HEAD EARMUFF LONG-RANGE BLUETOOTH: Automotive |
Does this look like a good deal? Where do the cords plug into? Do they use batteries?

I'm trying to find something to order. These say that they require "1 Lithium Polymer batteries required. (included)." Does that mean that they are not rechargeable and i will have to install expensive new batteries with every outing?

Just pulled the trigger on two of them. Will add two more if they work well.

Does anyone have a solution for the 70+ market? I’m having trouble keeping my eyelids attached even with aerodynamic sunglasses at 80+. I can’t hear anything at that speed but wind noise. The only good part is I can’t hear my wife telling me to slow down.
