And now this, on this side there are still places flooded by Ian, last thing they need is days of rain. Beach erosion is also a huge issue.

I can tell you firsthand you don't want NOAA after you. I ended up with a special agent from NOAA at my front door after they received a video from a whale watching boat that I came near a protected whale species on the San Francisco Bay. I never even saw the whale, and explained such to him. He said they would look further into the case and get back to me if they were going to bring charges - which would've been federal felony charges that I would've been looking at serving time for if found guilty. Thankfully, I never heard back from him. With all the liberal democrats in office, it's only a matter of time before the boating we've enjoyed our entire lives (and our parents lives) is taken from us.

well Bro', if that is your preferred pronoun, I was heading down to apply for a job at the Amazon warehouse but then I saw this cool pic on my snapchat and had to copy it to my instagram page. then I just had to tweet to my millions of fake followers who then retweeted it to their millions of fake followers. then it was time to go get my $8 double foam, grande, bone dry, five shot restritto, extra whip, two raw sugar cappuccino so there was no time to apply so I went back home and played x box till my mom made me some nachos.

Most likely a Tik Tok "influencer".

Well now this is one way to discourage rebuilding.
NORTH PORT, Fla. – Homeowners in Holiday Park, a 836-home retirement community near Florida's Gulf Coast, were devastated by Hurricane Ian. Now they're facing another headache as they work to rebuild.
Residents were told they can either pay the city of North Port $55.95 a month to keep their water meters hooked up to the central utility system, even though they can't use the water, or $77 to disconnect service and a whopping $26,900 to resume city water and sewer service once they have a livable home.
That’s if they hook up that new home before Feb. 1, 2023, when water and wastewater capacity fees increase and the cost jumps to $27,389.
