I also worry about if the IMCOs will make it more difficult when changing spark plugs, I am not too limber, at my age.

Any thoughts or pros and cons are welcome.

I have e-tops on twins and its no issue to change plugs.

first set were 20 years old with 10 years of salt running before they needed changed.

Hi Padraig. Using long risers and or tail pipes - it sounds like you'll be going dry exhaust? If that's the case, you may want to research/consider muffler availability for your options in case you need them! Seasons greetings and best of luck for 2025!

Not dry.
He had E Tops without tails. The water dumps very close to the riser. E Tops with tails the water dumps quite a bit further away, more similar to a dry to the tip application. Same with IMCO Powerflow.

Thanks, everyone. Now, does anyone have experience, changing sparkplugs on an engine with Imco Plowerflow?

Thanks,

Padraig

Just a quick update. Jason has all the parts ordered and does not see any delivery problems. Decided to go with CMI E tops and tails. They are prettier and I think easier to work around to change plugs etc. I don't know what they are worth but may put the old CMI e tops up for sale. They use the flexible connector instead of tails but are good for stock engines.

Rookie Don't know what Holly intake but will find out.

If you wait a little bit, Holley will be releasing the BBC Hi-Ram this quarter.

Is there any dyno tests on that yet?

Not that I have seen, but the lower design has been proven as an improvement on all other platforms.
