But for the record? There is nothing "easy" about any of it. And our pre-event and event coverage is like nothing else, https://www.speedonthewater.com/adva...arks-shootout/.

For hogie roll, From Facebook
Regrettably, during this morning's testing, we encountered an oil pressure loss in one of the engines. We wish everyone a safe and enjoyable shootout. We look forward to seeing you next year.

OK.... Since you've got the inside scoop.... What happened with American Ethanol? Someone told me "aerators", but that math doesn't math. They've been posting record after record for a decade now, and, all of a sudden, they have to install aerators to "help get it on plane"...? And, even then, they make the slowest passes they've ever made. Even stopping short on one of them. They were down on power. Something was off. Curiosity is killing the cat.
Thanks. Brad.

For me, it was the neatest boat there
We were back by the start boat on run # 1
It layed over on its right side at the start
( I thought this isn’t going to be good)
then it righted, looked like it was running flat, then heard the speed
112 couldn’t believe it, then I looked at the new LOZ ap and saw the details
and remembered Matt’s article on it and it was spot on
It deserves a follow up story
Did it still have stock lowers XR’s, what kind of RPM’s do the pull,
how much weight was lost with the current engines vs the originals
I could go on and on
The rest of the day was guessing who had
Motec and Kong stuff on their external propulsion

my brain had similar thoughts.. hmm what changed drive or bottom wise as it was just running fine prior to the shoot out
Then they admitted Sunday or late Saturday it was boost issues with the iirc pro chargers ?
the pics looked like they had two on each engine if not more
Lot of moving parts in a machine walking the fine edge
It was real good seeing some not so on the edge folks turing great speeds .
Except the ponthens.. imo they just look dumb 3 outboards.. but people like em?
