Im using all slow cure west systems epoxy, milled fibers for filler, 8lb structure foam, and some blood, haha

Picked up an access hatch, cut to fit, I’ll mount it when paint is on.

I used Dad’s existing Coosa as the support, back filled with 8lb foam then structural glass/epoxy, I decided to go with the open storage under the seat on the sides with the center closed off, center is the access to the fuel pickup/ sending unit.

Difficult to work on this, and run a buisness at the same time… also, why didn’t anyone tell me this boat stuff is expensive???

The filler, I got most of the way with Epoxy and microbaloons, now were down to the thin body filler and blocks… my arms are already tired.
