LOST MY TIME & MONEY IN FLA.

That is the best revenge. Go to the dealer with a boat from somewhere else and walk up to him and say " you had a chance to sell me a boat, I am not sure why you never even tried when I was right in your face" This and an off color comment about his small pee pee and you win.
Docman, make sure you rub it in and you are right....everything happens for a reason.

We went on several of Thunder Runs with Dan and Barb when we owned Thunder EnLightening and had a great time. I am curious why Dan is selling the boat. We sold our boat for a couple of reasons, mainly wanted to move to a larger boat. Narrowed it down to a 44' Sunseeker Camargue or 43' Fairline Targa. Those 37' AVH AT's are really nice boats. Great ride and hull efficiency.

Dan has been very helpfull & understanding but hopefully he doesn't get hosed by anyone.his boat will sell maybe me or someother lucky owner.I've also looked at A/T TODD'S BEST REVENGE but 1 reason i havn't contacted him, in one of his post he said tracey didn't come the boat well i think it would be a good deal if so.lol nice boat.plus my wife says if i buy a 32 then next year i turn around and want $umthing bigger, she right hell she's always right.

Perhaps you should tell the real story here...You let me know on Thursday evening you would fly in on Saturday...In which case I informed you I along with my employees would be at the Jacksonville Poker Run from Friday morning until Sunday evening(hence no time to check the boat)..You still insisted in flying down even though you knew I would not be there and nobody would have time to prep the boat prior to your arrival...In case you have not realized these are Offshore boats which can have problems at any given time..This vessel came directly from Active Thunder to my facility and I was informed the vessel was 100% ready to go...I arranged for a friend of mine to run the boat for you ONLY because you insisted on flying down.Perhaps next time you could give the seller some advanced notice!!!
