I admit, I had to read some of the replies and then read it again, then I got it!! Meaning, they (Lawyers) are uncircumsized d i c k s, so the tie keeps, well, the foreskin down.

At first I thought it was a Jewish crack, but that would be backwards. Or maybe in an effort to give equal time.....it was a "Gentile" crack.
