There is no load on the motor, othere than the 5 lbs seat bottom. Just a plain worm drive. Thought about different pitch worm gear, but then you get into the centerline distance of the gears, which is set.

Rewire ........Hmmm,........ more POWER

Sorry about that the second I typed it I realized I butchered the spelling and forgot to correct it! Oh well good luck with your project and thanks for blowing my gear change out of the equation
