cave what up bro? whats going on with your new sled? did you go with t55's or t58's? im afraid to not do thru the trannies, id rather spend a few bucks going threw em now and know im not gonna have issues. then i'll only have to worry about keeping the motors together.

Maybe they can be tested on a tranny dyno without coming apart. And maybe they don't have to come apart. But I really don't specialize in transmissions. Maybe you could find the guy who built the tranny's and pick his brain, after doing a little homework on what upgrades are necessary for your power. I know how expensive these tranny's can get. I'm gonna be needing one with a Trs style tailshaft for my 540 Bowtie, that I plan to convert my boat to Konrad with. I like the idea of a transmission . It really is the way to go. That's why just about every vehicle has one. That's why Konrad made a drive that doesn't shift. They could have, but were smarter. Some local shop told me that the tranny robs 30-40 horsepower. They love selling drives and having things blow up ! "$$$" Best wishes , BBB
