Im not sure if anybody ever seen broken camshaft... Gear is in perfect condition... Cylinder heads are okey but noy sure about crankshaft... Any ideas? |

By th looks of the metal on on your cam where it's broke. It looks like it's been cracks for a while. It looks dark thru most of it then light. .if the piston are all moving when you turn it over by hand then the rods are still connected

What!! Holy CRAP. Ok rear cam plug got pushed out then piece made it's way between flywheel and fell into bellhousing. Might have a broken block at rear. At very least flywhl damage. And crank flange too. Maybe your one lucky dude. Your going to find out when you pull ot out
Camshaft was broked long time ago.. I agree with U. Maybe factory defect. Never now. Hopefully block is good. Cant find hole at thia time. Is it buy / sell department on this forum? Lifters close to the broken side were loose or out from the housing. |
