Right. SB's shop needs to up their precision. Good shops have been on the red C hair standard for years. )

On a separate note, I was doing some ahem... research on porn sites recently and noticed c hair of all varieties is becoming increasingly scarce... oh my.

Now your splitting c-hairs . Back in the day the c-hair was our smallest unit of measure . If someone said move it by half a c-hair they were biotch slapped .

Not so sure about that.

I have an original C Hair.

That's why I don't smile much.

When I was younger, I proudly displayed it.

Now, I get sick of people telling me I have a hair stuck in my teeth.

It's your $, so your choice. It's not like we will look down on you for it.

You asked for free advice and that's what we gave you.

I have 1.8's in my motor. Got the first set of Scorpion 1.8's off the line thanks to Bob M. Same pushrod length as 1.7's but had to machine a deeper slot in the guide plates on the intakes. I can't give you a b4 and after comparison because everything else in the motor changed. 1.8's are the same price as 1.7's I don't buy used engine parts anymore new parts are enough trouble let alone used...

Not everybody knows how or wants to or can even pull motor and change cam. Anybody can change rockers.
If everybody(myself included) keeps saying change the cam it might be a f@#cking clue...don't keep asking the same question if you don't want the same answer....
