I finally made it out for a few hours on the new engine and I can’t say that I miss playing with jets one bit. Set some parameters, run across the lake a few times, and done.

13.5 for idle.
12.8 for cruise.
12.5 wot.

I’m having an issue with getting the IAC below 20%, but a few minutes on the internetz oughta sort that out.

If you haven't figured IAC yet, you'll probably need to do it in the software and burn to the ECU. The IAC is set by default to scale down to 0% at 160*, and you're probably not getting over 150*. I haven't actually done a sniper setup yet (I've only done megasquirt in automotive stuff), but I asked Holley this question directly and that was the answer (the question was pointed at sniper EFI - for sniper, the warm IAC curve can't be changed in the handheld screen, it must be done on the laptop with the tuning software).

Hoping to get this conversion done soon on my 454 mag, running sniper and a surge tank/pump combo.

FYI - I've had good luck with holley responding to all my technical questions, even before anything was ever purchased.

Update: As of today 10 hrs on the motor runs fine the Sniper is working and and the added pipe inside the riser, seems to be keeping the 02 dry. Ran 63 on gps with 5 people and 70 gals of gas.
