Very nice. Didn’t you make those brackets next to distributors for your Daytonas. You didn’t happen to make a couple extra did you? 😂 Or you had them made I can’t remember. Regardless I need to get some.

the coil brackets? no , but i probably could have sold a few. lol

i just had a local cnc plasma cutter out of stainless.

Not trying to hijack the thread but since talking about oil can anyone please tell the size of freeze plug needed to plug the oil bypass valve? Thank you in advance no need to reply if i'm out of line asking this question on this thread. I understand. Again thank you guys.

I am running oil t-stats from Improved Racing as well and love them. I got the thermostatic filter head. Super simple plumbing and clean install, standard block adapter is used. I have the older version, this is their new one that replaced other:

All the ones Ive seen done use a 1/4 npt tap and an allen head 1/4 ntp plug

I bought the original 87 bloody red one from Craig Ellis years ago. Was a fun boat and built rock solid but I really like the twin platform much better. Not sure if weiand 77 here still has it or not. Believe he was 2 or 3 owners after.

Gimme Fuel thanks for the info.. I am running the old style mounted on a transom bracket with #12 lines. Takes up some space. Next time motors come out I am definitely going to grab some of the newer versions I am thinking.
