I did make the plate… 1/4-inch aluminum.



The mounts holding it to the plate are from CP Perf. I used steel bushings to give me some forward space and to strengthen the attachment. I also have the relay for my fuel pump attached to the other side. It closes up the inspection plug for the bellhousing but if I really need to get in there, I’ve got much bigger problems.

Basically, hot oil comes out of the remote adapter and goes to the filter. From the filter it goes to the thermostatic control head on the cooler (left side of the picture). Output is through the other side of the cooler and then back to the remote adapter on the block. Water flow and oil flow are opposite to each other.

Tom you meant t-state side of cooler (to the RIGHT side picture) Finally rigged, plumped etc and ready to drop in. Had to make a run downstate this weekend.

I think I was referring to the pic of my setup above the flow diagram post.
Running today, my oil temps stayed right around 185-190.
