That's assuming you don't have the drain behind the prop. My older drive had the drain up front, and there was just a hole in the cone to access the recessed drain plug. I was told to fill the hole with silicone to improve the aerodynamics. I believe my hydromotive nose cone came marinetex expoxy. The stuff never set up right for me, so I had it tack welded on.
