Mike-
We didn't try to achieve 1,000+HP. I don't want the maintenance that is required for the high horsepower valve train and high boost, plus wanted to use only pump gas; thus, we used hydraulic rollers and kept the boost at 8#.

Planes huh, I'll bet the insurance is less.

What's insurance I don't blame you for not wanting to go the ultra high horsepower route. I am with you on the maintenance and fuel issues.

I coerced the shop into installing the engine this Friday. It's all coming together, but with some recent diversions it's been slow.

I might have found one, but I am thinking of sticking with a V instead of going with a cat. Something about cheaper insurance and all of that.

Almost there. Need to plumb the intercoolers and install the headers, tailpipes, blowers. It's tough to get good help around here.

I think that what Tommy's boat had is contagious. Brand new intercooler is leaking.....
I'm hoping for a quick response from the vendor.
