yeah man, nice run anyway. We got hammered about 100feet from the ramp. The damn bilge was running non stop the whole time, then when i pulled the plug it still ran out like a hose for a solid minute. it rained HARD.

It came down pretty hard over here too. Went to Jersey then NYC and back to long beach. By the time we hit Chelsea Piers in NYC it started to rain, so we turned around. Ran out the storm in about 10 mins, but hit us as we were pulling off the ramp. Have you guys run into some real nasty waters down there lately? I guess this is my first summer being "extremely" familiar with the kryptonite. There were some solid 3 footers out in the Hudson near the statue of liberty and we were CRUISING at 70-75mph like riding a magic carpet. Boat rides AMAZING when you get up on top of the water like that

Boat certainly rides a lot better running faster up on top of the water. Down around 50 it starts falling in troughs and hammering a bit. Just have to be quick on the throttle because you are in the air all the time.

$1000 offshore race wager is not being a chump. Kryptos run very well in rough water, and you have more Hp for your size. and would prob win on a nice day. YET YOU NEVER TOOK THE BET.
