Playing around with My go-pro camera yesterday, I need to edit in a few pieces so this is long for now.
We were coming back from Catalina, when I relocated the camera.
Starting around 3 minutes we were cooking pretty good considering the size of the waves and chop.

I couldn't be happier with the performance and capabilities of my boat.

Thanks Pantera24
I wish- Im at my business quarter end, a 2 weeks before a major tradeshow, and i need to go to Texas next in the middle of it all.
Its not for lack of wanting to be there, but business comes before leisure- I just had a week off..
ill be dreaming about you guys- I really think I could do a great job of pulling a skiier in that race.
I may be able to make a run last weekend of this month though Ill have the conscious brothers (semi, un, and sub from my work in town and I was thinking of putting on a vulgar display of power.

Lake mojave at 5PM with 20 MPH wind was absolutely no challenge for this machine providing a smooth ride across 3 ft high & wide wind waves on Lake Mojave.
The 2750 is proving to be an excellent dual purpose lake/ Ocean machine. Fast on the calm stuff- faster in the rough.
I lost a bimini strap clasp when I got hit by a strong gust heading into the wind around 45-50MPH. strange as Ive gone faster with no wind. The fact that I have metal bars holding down the fronts saved my bimini from disaster.
A zip tie sufficed fine for the remainder of the trip.
I ran a leisurely day form Katherines landing to the hoover dam and back to the davis dam then home with another three people for a total of 5 and all their beach camp stuff & all of our drinks sodas food etc- stopping to swim a bunch of times because it was 115 out.
For anyone who doesn't know stay away from Katherines landing - and just drive to cottonwood cove everyday.
The launch Ramp at Katherines is high comedy, and the rest of the crowd seemed poorly practiced at nearly everything, and few possessed the slightest concept of actual dock etiquette.
The ilmor 710 continues to delight -On the dam run of 130 miles I got 2.35MPG.
Running from Katherines to the dam and back on just about a half a tank of gas running 40-50 for long stretches.
Still not a speck of soot on the transom- nothing. It amazing how clean this engine runs. I also experienced nothing like vapor lock- pretty amazing for such high temps. Fired right up with barely a second revolution of the starter every time

Great video Dave, man that 2750 just eats up those ocean swells like they were nothing. You guys were flying down the water and not a wobble at all in the ride.
There are very few boats in that size range that can perform at that high level in offshore conditions and still be a great lake boat also.

Drive - depends on how you look at it.
after an initial birthing problem at 8 hours pretty well.
I had a failure out of the gate which Im told will typically happen before 10 hours - and mine did.
Teague & Lavey stepped up and honored the drive warranty.
(Bobs actually been great)
After that I rebuilt it at 62 hours due to some shavings on the magnets and put another 50 on last season and have no shavings. Mind you this was 100% ocean running with some looong trips.
I think Im going to wait to see how long this one goes and If I cant get a straight 100 hours Ill pull the bravo and put on an SCX.

You should be able to get 100 out of that drive. I have ~120 on mine with 800hp and it might be starting to get tired now. Granted, mine was only in the ocean once, but it's all how you drive it. TCM builds a good drive.

(I love the Teague 800 and would have gone that route if I weren't a salt guy)
I think the difference is drive life is solely dependent on the amount of ocean vs lake running I do. I suspect the drive will last a similar time if I keep the rig in the water vs wave hopping.
I would agree Teague builds a nice product and know for a fact he stands behind it.
