The build chapter is over -Boat show is over.
time to start the use chapter now...
Went out yesterday with 6 people for a little 55 mile circle of the south bay.
The machine is epic, solid, economical, lightning fast, killer looking, and an easy tow for my rig. The Ilmors running about 160-165 degrees, turbine smooth and amazingly responsive
The nav package turn the whole thing into a sci-fi (pick a starship)
Radar tracking multiple independent targets is a breeze and the situational awareness/map in raster or vector base update is lightning fast. Im chasing down a few nav issues, but nothing serious- big fun waay cool
Its finally home ready for summer!
A very happy

Went out in 4-5's Wednesday and 3-4's today.
Amazingly stable, dry riding, & seaworthy machine.
I continue to be impressed.
The 710 mill continues to delight as well, it runs pretty cheap for the beans it outputs, and blasts the rig forward like it was shot out of a cannon.
Got my girlfriend "cleaning my pipes".........

Ran down to San Diego again- boats awesome Ocean was really calm heading up and down so I was chilling at about 40-45 the whole way with bursts to 80 or so.
HUGE fun feeling the rush under the stick and hearing the engine roar.
I kept hitting fog layers and frankly dont see how anyone can run in So cal without radar and full navigation-I was completely socked in for major portions of the trip including coming back into Marina Del Rey.
Ilmor 710 continues to impress - super smooth and efficient averaged 2.2mpg this trip and easily made in From San Diego back to Del rey in one shot starting with about 7/8 full and ending up a hair under 1/4 tank left. - amazing
