Never knew you owned Damn Yankee. That was Bobby Krupp (RIP) with Danny Patrona in that shot.

Tony she was the sister boat to the Lil Smidgen, we got her
from Sam Atese [Come Again] and raced her with the Believe It name. In my search for a sedan Mag I found two more sports I forgot about, a brown sport called the Enticer. I was told this was the only sport ever made with a brown hull,? and another blue and white with volvo's. I do remember a brown Sedan called the Camel, it was a volvo drive Mag have not been able to find it. All these Mags were, or are on Lake St Clair.

This boat is brown......it's also in a brochure I have. It had "chicken bars" and stand up bolsters.....look like Volvo Speedmasters too.

Is this the boat you know?

Looks like I have bad info, this one is a Trs drive Mag bone stock, no chicken bars.

There are alot more sports here than I realized, I know the brown sport has not run in 10 years, but you can allways tell the real Mags,, the side vents.

Default Reunion

Last week we had a reunion, and many of the vintage Lake St Clair racers meet at the Beach Grill, what use to Brownies on Lake St Clair back in the day. Many great Magnum stories were retold. Magnum Owner Driver Sam Altese [Come Again, and Spirit] was on hand. We talk about what became of these geart Magnums. I said that the word about the Spirit was that it was in a field on the east coast after it raced as Shock Wave. Dose any one have any more info on this Mag ?? Sam and Danny Patrona would like to restore it.
