Yes it's at Sparks shop, you can see it from the I 94 freeway. Spark is the one restoring ironheads Anaconda Mag. In this economy there will many very good deals if you have extra cash.

I know it's been slow here so here is a pic of Smidgen after the crash, new deck , scopes, eng hatch , drive showers & OT pipes made by Pete Smith's Wolverine casting foundry. Back in the day you could not just go out and buy this stuff, these guy's made idea's come to life.
Was it called Wolverine marine? That's what my through transom water pickup has casted into it.
Also, love the El Camino bumper on the Trailer!

Sadly, Petes son Paul, who had the 38' Bertram restored,, died last week, he was 41. Last year Paul sold the Bertram to Topprop here on OSO last year.

After all these years it just dawned on me that after the fire at Emerald City Harbor that trailer became my Magnums trailer. That bumper was cool.

As I said Back in the Day you could not buy this stuff it was not readily available. Between Petes Wolverine casting shops, [ trim tabs, steering, water pickups, exhaust parts ] Kenny Blacks [grinding, & machine shops] & Wally Harpers pattern shops] they could make almost anything needed to race. I have a set of Wolverine trim tabs on my 24' Cobra.

I just found this thread. I gotta say it really brings back great memories. I remember going to the Shipping Channel bar as a kid and checking out the boats. Lil' Rhino was mine and my Dad's favorite. You just didn't see boats like that all over back then. I also went to school with Richard Black, Kenny's son. Thank you for the great info.
