Rumor has it that this sport just sold for 10k, if true, that will make you sick. A friend of mine had a back up bid at 12K, but it did sell.... And it was a real Magnum !!!!!!!

The last time it was listed with Waters Edge they had for 17K. It was a good deal for either price, I bought my Mirage from the same owner who really took care of his boats..

--------Mark,,,You know that the Maltese is a "Majewski" boat, right??? Theres a lot done right on that boat, but it would be wise to survey it. I met one of the owners (there is a partnership) and hes a nice guy and seems to be a straight shooter. He lives next door to a very good friend. Matter of fact my friend was the guy that came to the racers reunion with me last year. I watched that boat progress back from the grave and believe it was done well.--------I cant believe that Double trouble sold for that kind of money,,,,dayyyyaaaam!!!!!!!!!.........Bill S

Bill, I meet the guys last week at the Sand Bar. Richard told me how his uncle [Ken Stevens] used to race a Magnum [SHOWDOWN] I said I know,,That was my Magnum too,, small world. The Mag is nice but Majewski did not use the right steering helm unit. I gave then suggestions on how to repair it. She is a cool boat, but in this economy might be hard to sell ?????
