While we were cruising it started drizzling so we headed back to the dock, not much of a run but a least I got to run the boat.

Next week should be good, nothing on the agenda so far. I'm gonna take a trip to Pt. Pleasant, Long Island or NYC if anyone is in?
I better hurry and get the cover off the boat so I don't miss any more river rides Still not sure how you bust me on the time I said it takes to get to NYC yet you can spend an hour to the Highlands Bridge, then up the Navesink then back to the marina. Even the jet can do all that in lmuch ess than an hour
After the storm it got really nice yesterday afternoon, you should have stayed out the wind pick up nice. Could've had some nice Apache water in the river. But damn did the rain come down. I was working on building the fireplace, as soon as I got everything away the sun came back out

Yeah, as soon as we got home and went back out for dinner the skies cleared out.

From the sounds of things it looks like the only boating you'll be doing is on the resin bucket this year.

See ya on the 4th of July! Wait, that's just in time for your annual run to the Dippells.

Come on dude, stop procrastinating and cut the cover off. We can have that boat running in 1 hr...... Like you said, "All I have to do is cut the cover off and turn the key..."

J-BONZ you were talking to me on Sat. at the Tikki Bar in Jersey City.
Frank we got our butts kicked comin in last night we didn't hit the dock until 9:30 but let me tell ya what a ride. We kept a lazy pace till Monmouth Beach then opened it up to the Hook it was four to fives and choppy the OL loved every minute of it. Thats what that boat was built for.Good thing ProRoc was open for the pumps. Don't think I'll be visiting Mom with that boat again. After we turned the hook I put the boat back up on plane I havent seen it that rough comin in in a long time the waves were breaking a mile outside the channel we got soaked blasting through them. Can't wait to do it again this time with no break down.

The wind was howling last night, it had to be 20-30 out on the water! Good thing you had the floating condo!

When we went out in the afternoon it was windy but nothing like it was after 7 pm.

I'm glad you guys had a good run! I'm looking forward to next weekend!

Going up the river we didn't even need the throttles that wind was kickin straight up the river. Your right about the condo I wouldn't have wanted to try that speed with anything lighter.
