I think you're right! I thought the rangers would shut it down last year but I think this will be bigger and better! Just in case anyone hasn't heard about it, Sat aug. 19th raccoon island inside sandy hook. I heard Mike got the white reggae band again! Check your chart and watch the tide there is a submerged rock wall 100 ft or so off the inside of sandy hook running northeast to racoon isl. I found it last year after panther left .

Hunster, what's the official name of that Island??

I've heard the following;

Skeleton Island
Dead Mans Island
Racoon Island
Plumb Island

NOAA charts show it as Spermaceti Cove and reference the island as marshland. They show it as a peninsula not an island.

Probably around noon or a little after for me, I believe we're spending the night.
