5 and 6 are working the way they are. But, if i were to change anything i would say move class 6 down to 65 and I think it would attract even more racer to the sport

Fast fun im just busten your balls all in fun .But by proping and chiping we could move a couple of classes if need be but our boat is to small and not a great big water boat so we will stay were we are at. but i think 5 and 6 are fine just the way they are . Gary p-f-e Racing

Both classes work, its just two of the same thing (or very, very close)

I respectfully disagree. The smaller, lower freeboard boats are at a disadvantage even in the flat water races. And in the ocean races they dont have a chance! This has been proven many times over in Sportsman A,Factory 1; and now in Class 5.All of the smaller boats that intially started in Class 5 are now in Class 6.The bottom line is that it is not all about speed; boat size matters! There is a need for a seperate class for the smaller boats.I bet if you would ask, most of the current Class 6 teams would agree.
