Bilgerat not really on the move to 5 you could detune if there is a hp limit imposed.
I can tell you it wont be 500 hp or 550 hp because most of the teams are in the 600 hp plus or minus zone already and you know opa wont make a major change and screw the class up.
You havent even said what hull and what power you think you will have ?
