Speed of 24 w/ HP500?

Yea... 23mirage+.
5500rpm @ 75mph, and still more to go.
Gotta burn off this 105octane AV gas, its hurting me 2-3mph.
Still not sure of going to a 4blade. I'm kinda used to the 3 blade and like it.
Interestingly enough, with the number I have from this yr and last yr, my slip is 7-8%.

thanks pat. Yea, could you ask him? or maybe i could try it?
A few more times out (w/o the family) and I should get an idea of what this 23" prop will turn.

I just did Storm, and he wants $150 for the 25p Mirage +.
It is in vary good condition and never been altered or repaired.
Probably easier to demo one rather than shipping back and forth.
Personally I like the 4 blade for rough water handling.

Storm, I had really good luck with the stock mirage plus last year. it pretty much matched the labbed bravo1 at all speeds but in time to plane. I think that I will need the bravo1 after the TRS to Bravo drive switch because I now get a fair amount of ventelation to get on plane because the prop is now higher and closer to the transom. I have to "buzz it to 3000 then feather it back to let it hook up. I want to break in the drive for a few more hours then I can try to dial it in a little better. Chris
