I used a 2" hole saw and drilled holes on that stringer right next to the trim pump and on each side of all 4 stringers to allow everything to drain down to the bildge pumps.

You are correct, there are no holes in the stringers, which is weird because the stringers are actually hallow. Once the motors were removed I used a hole saw and add drain holes.
