Matt, as we bring this party to an end I want to express my sincerest appreciation to you, Leon and the Derebery Performance Team for just about the best customer service that I have ever experienced. In today's times it is difficult to find someone who will deliver what they promised when they promised it and treat you like a customer all the way through the process. You and the DPM Team were always very professional and went out of your way to insure that I understood what we were doing to the engines. I appreciate your patience with all my dumb questions and my anal retentiveness like making sure that the drive indicators read "exactly" the same.
I will always highly recommend Derebery Performance Marine.

Guys, sorry I have not posted. I am in the middle of transferring back to Florida from Dallas. The boat runs strong, I'm really pleased with it. The engines are turning right at 5000 RPM with the 27 Mirages. I figured that I would get it back into the salt water before I started playing with the props again. I tried some 27" hydromotives but they absolutely killed my cruise speed. I lost 6-8 MPH at cruise. At 3300 RPM I was doing 45mph instead of 52-53 with the Mirages. I did not try any 28's, although a labbed 28B1 may work pretty well.
I'll have it back in Florida in June. In the meantime I'll enjoy Lake Texoma.
