Nice boat.

I run with a lot of go-fasts, let me know if you ever bring it to the Jersey shore.

I was the only 25' in the area, now someone just bought one in Brigantine.

Great thread Steve, love to see all the pics. That's my old 25 in post #747 and #750. That boat was a blast with the 465hp in it! I sure loved and miss all my pps, most of all my 33- Pedal Pusher. Thanks for all the info, Billy.

Steve 1 06-01-2010 08:49 PM

The 38's had bagged Corecell cored sides and deck with a glass bottom, the weights, we weighed everything and I will get into that later on in the thread when we do the construction and molding.

Thanks Steve, I'll keep an eye out for it. Just wondering how it compares to the Donzi 38ZX i have. It weighs in at a pretty stout ten five dry i think.

Not that there should be any big difference but I don't think any 38's were built with less than 525's. More HP/Closed Cooling were a big deal when this boat was being introduced (vs today when everything comes with 525's as standard)!

At the Apache Bar & Grill? Oh yeah! We went there once towards the end of its haydays for lunch. Chick working there told us to come back later that night when the "strip club" opens and she would "hook us up" too bad we were just passing through going down to key west at the time...should have "investigated" it :D

Actually thats better. I was actually just looking for a weight/HP/speed comparison to the 38 ZX i have. I see 82 with 525SC's and it weighs in at about ten five dry. Just curious really, that 38 PP is a great lookin boat.
