As much as I hate to say it, it's going to be a tuff road. One thing they could consider is dropping several models and stay with the 3-4 that really sell. I've not seen the numbers but would think the 26, 30, 34 & 38. I have a hard time beliving the SC models ever made any money. If your in that market go with the tried and true Formula SS.

We loved our 280, but I have to believe that boat didn't move much. I think I've only seen one or two other 280's on the water, and that is in Michigan.

I really liked the looks of the 28 and we considered one. Until I went and got a good look. Both my wife and I agreed the cockpit was smaller and with 3 kids just didn't work. Also talked with a couple guys that had them but had also had the 26. Both said the 26 was a better boat all the way around. Our next stop was going to be the 29 or the 30. For some reason I like the looks of the 29 better with a windshield.

They must have just pulled the plug on the website. As it had still been working just a couple days ago. A fork maybe a liitle strong right now. Lets try a Spork!! That way theres something there for them to dig out with.

Still hope!

Talking Re: Powerquest Factory

With the factory closing down, and with PowerQuest owners unable to get any help or information from the factory, I thought that I would pass on to all the PowerQuest/PowerPlay owners out there, that, if they need vinyl work done, to let me know.
I was real worried when the seams started coming apart on my 14 year old vinyl on my 91' Conquest. After talking with some people at PQ, before they closed up, I was referred to guy who lives in Holland. I contacted him and I had him re-do the vinyl on my Conquest. I had the color scheme and designs updated with a blend of several years of PowerQuest logo's. I just picked the interior up, and I now have the best looking interior vinyl on a Conquest anywhere. It is beautiful.
The tradesmen, and I mean tradesmen, work's for a shop that did the actual vinyl work for PQ. When PowerQuest took this in house, the shop continued to do the R &D work for PQ on vinyl. He has access to all of the old templates, embroidery and to old colors, so he can match anything up. He does the work in his basement, and he is located not too far away from the PQ factory in Holland. If you want contact information, drop me an email at [email protected]
