I think they put quick crete in the hull. It is a new process that has just started gaining popularity. Much like the Phat Sacks for wake board boats, except for it is a bit more perminant.

haha, no concrete here... im pretty curious to get it in some 3-4 footers and see how it is compared to my old powerquest. that rode good for its size but this one is 4ft longer and a good 10mph faster

this is the only pic i have right now. gotta love that 90's paint..hopefully have it painted before summer

As for 288 talking about ride quality... we do have testimonials from both male and female passengers who have logged time on both vessels... the common response I get: "why does this one ride so much nicer than Jordans?"

Must just be lucky water conditions... :P ;)

Drock- its all about comparable size and power, not overall fastest which clearly belongs to fountain. For example, the 344 cheetah runs 95+ with side by side 525's... very similar to sunsations 32 with same power :D

You can't even put fountain in the same category ...their 29' has about 25' of actual boat. Slick way of cheating IMHO

O yeah fish, people ride on my boat on lake Michigan in real waves then compare the ride to yours on torch lake.

Another example of fish twisting the circumstances to appear that his boat is "better".

Several have rode on your boat and mine on Torch... its not hard to tell which rides better just by looking at them... see pics-

That pic cracks me up. I forgot how big a boat the 290 was. We had a friend with a 32 sunsation tie up next to us one day when we had our 290. You would have thought it was a jet boat next to us...LOL

All I can say is that we were really looking for a 29 outlaw or a 302 Baja and then when we saw in-person the difference in size between the 300 revenge and a 29 outlaw right next to it, we were stunned. The 29 outlaw was small in comparison, we were truly shocked at the difference. We even thought about a 288 but decided we would have had to go to a 32 or 36 to be happy and well those 36 aren't exactly cheap right now.

What lake is that pic taken on, that water is beautiful?!

Drock- you can park next to kid288 all you want, when you're ready to hang around females and jam to some tunes you know where the 290 will be... you guys go nicely together anyway :kiss:

Cpiefer06- that is Torch Lake, MI... the water looks like blue coolaid, check out this vid it was shot on torch last year
