Yea its nice lots of head room but pain to mount lights and garage door to it. Well actually it's a pain to attach any thing to it

been getting some more done. working on the wiring and loose ends. almost finished my side console with the throttle and switches.

i got 3 different lower units to try v8 ratio v6 ratio and 4cyl ratio. im thinking the v6 is gonna work good. set my msd box 6500 rev limiter lol

250 I give you and others credit who take on DYI projects. Not only do most of them turn out great, I can't fathom how much you guys know and the patience I don't have. I look forward to seeing the progress.

Took it out today. Ran good got a problem with the power steering getting really hot. So hot u can hear it boiling in the reservoir. Idk why it's doing that. It sounds so good with a 21 it goes 52 and hit rev limiter. So i put some prop i had laying around on it come off out board i thing. 24 pitch. Ran 57 after that but still hits rev limiter very easy at 5500 im gonna bump it up to 6300. But id like to find a prop that goes mid 60s at around 5600. The gear ratio is 1.68 il post some pics and video. What do yal think about prop

Power steering needs a cooler that's why its boiling. The boat looks great nice work.
