Sanded a stock ls valve cover, need to weld up a couple holes. Thinking about either leaving it raw or maybe powder coating it.

this is what happens when 500 lbs of steel frame decides to have a meeting with the ground and you're in the way.

Well this sucks...lol. I went to mount my coil packs to the motor mount adapters that has by speed built, and I find out the pre 05 gm coil packs won't work. The spark plug wire won't fit due to its off to the side of the pack. Ugh. .. now I need to find ls2/l98/ls7 coil packs. Gee good thing they are so cheap... anyone have a good used set?

Will a set of D585 heat sink LS coils fit on Haxbys bracket? Gimmefuel recommended these and I plan to mount them on the manifolds down low. Ebay has them all day long and they happen to be the most powerful LS coils.

Sorry to hear about the arm injury. That's never fun! Hope you get back into the swing of things soon!

I'm not sure on the heat sink coils, and yes they are by far the strongest spark out of all the coil packs. The arm injury sucks. It's slowed things down a lot but in still doing what little I can. I want to finish my harness so I can get this monster on the dyno.

If you need pics/measurements of these heat sink coils, let me know.
