Always loved the look of that boat, it has great lines. Awesome work so far. Can't wait to see the final product. Hope your recovery goes well.

Thank you, I love the lines of it as well. To me it's like a vintage ferrari, it seems to have sleek and low slung lines. It may not be the fastest boat on the water, but just about everyone at the lake has to stop and ask me what kind of boat it is. Once in done with it I'm sure I'll have a few more on lookers. . Lol

Well I must be insane... I just ordered a fast ez efi kit, well part of it. Since I'm getting a piece at a time I got the ignition Controller for now. So no more factory ecu. The crazy part is now that I'm going to run the fast digital dash... my dash will now need to be changed. But don't fret, as I only need to modify my removable instrument cluster portion. I also ordered, 8 d510c ac Delco ignition coils. God this was an expensive night.

haxby speed motor mount adapters with coil pack relocation looking good. Just waiting on the new coils to arrive. Getting there little by little.

Better low end and mid range power. They actually outperform the ls6 until around 6k rpm. So since a boat motor won't ever spin that high I'm taking ever extra bit of power I can get. They are just ugly as sin... so I decided to smooth mine out and I'll paint it too.

That's gonna be a sick boat, I just picked a project and can only hope it turns out as good as your boat will. Looking at the before pics I'm pretty sure I've been on that boat before at lake rathbun, could be wrong though. Where will you be going once it's finished?

I'll mostly be on Saylorville lake. You could be right about the boat, I picked it up from a guy down in Winterset. It's spent all its life in iowa. I really wanted to have it finished by now, but **** happens. It's still got a long ways to go. Just remember when working on your boat, you can go as far as your skills and imagination can take you.
